We are in the new data age that presents a series of new challenges to human livings and social civilization. I-DO 2024 aims to bring together academic researchers and professional practitioners from diverse disciplines to promote cross-disciplinary research and collaboration on data related issues. More specifically, I-DO 2024 provides a platform for leading scientists, engineers, researchers, practitioners, educators and students to share their cutting edge cross-disciplinary research findings and technological advancements in the fields of Information Technology, Data Science, and Optimization. All submissions will be strictly peer reviewed by our internationally highly regarded program committee members. The peer-reviewed conference proceedings will be published by ACM in its prestigious in the ACM International Conference Proceeding Series (ICPS). All submitted papers will have the opportunity to be considered for these Special Journal Issues.
